What is Twentyfive?

Twentyfive is an apparel company. We create comfortable, premium basics designed to say more with less. Our pieces are intentionally minimal, thoughtfully embroidered, and made for everyday wear.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Because our products are made to order, most orders ship within approximately 5–7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Why are your products made to order?

Producing items on demand helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste while allowing us to focus on thoughtful, small-batch apparel.

How do your sweatshirts fit?

Our crewnecks are designed with a relaxed, modern fit. For exact measurements, please refer to the size guide on each product page.

Do you accept returns?

Because each item is made to order, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference changes. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
