Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns Policy
- If you are not happy with your purchase we offer Credit Notes or Exchanges for returns.
- Items must be sent within 7 days of delivery with the Returns Form filled out and placed in package.
- Items must be received unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging (i.e. shoe boxes) intact.
- We do not accept returns on accessories, undergarments and swimwear for sanitary reasons.
- Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer.
- Our team will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions stated. The item will then be returned to the sender.
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months time from the date issued.
- Due to the popularity of our products we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange.
- Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a Credit Note.
- You will receive an email with your return approval information when the return has been received and inspected.
- Please email email@example.com if you believe your garment is faulty and we will handle this with the highest priority.
How to Return
- Returned orders must include a completed Returns Form and your receipt.
